These regulations amend the principal 2019 regulations under the securities-investment-business-act-2020 by standardizing the fees payable to cima by registered persons.
Fee Structure
Effective immediately upon the commencement of the monetary-authority-amendment-and-validation-act-2024, the fees are set as follows:
- Registration Fee: An applicant for registration as a registered person must pay a fee of $6,000.
- Annual Fee: A registered person must pay an annual fee of $6,000.
