The Companies Management (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 updates the fee structures established under the companies-management-act-2025.
Revised Fee Schedule
This amendment replaces the Third Schedule of the 2018 regulations, significantly revising how annual renewal fees are calculated for licensees. Instead of a flat fee, the new schedule imposes a tiered fee based on the number of companies managed or serviced as of December 31st of the preceding year.
Key fee structures include:
- Companies Management Licence:
- $180 per managed company.
- Plus a tiered base fee ranging from $1,000 (up to 99 managed companies) to $21,500 (for 4,001 or more managed companies).
- Corporate Services Licence:
- $100 per serviced company.
- Plus a tiered base fee ranging from $750 (up to 99 serviced companies) to $11,500 (for 4,001 or more serviced companies).
